  1. I tried to bypass my factory reset protection by using the method where you have to break connection with the Google server at just the right time. Everything was good till I got to the camera, when I hit the mode it did not give me an option for download. Any reason why? I have a galaxy tab E. Thanks

  2. Hi There, I have a Galaxy TAB E that my kids locked and forgot password. I tried factory reset and its now in FRP mode. what is the best method. I tried some of the older methods and its not working…i.e. I do not see the camera on the lock screen. Also, I don’t get a pop up on the OTG or computer method. I also tried your latest method with the Realterm option and sent the commands lots of times but no popup or response from the tablet!!! Is there anything different that I have to do or that you suggest. Please help.

  3. rootjunky, thanks for the instructions you provided on YouTube. I installed everything with no problem but when I check my app drawer Greenify and No-frills are missing and I’ve installed the zip more than once. Can you please advise on what I should do?

  6. Hi ,

I have a galaxy tab 3 and tried to install the JW Library app. I have been never able to open the app after it has been successfully installed. after trying to open the app some seconds later the message appears “unfortunately JW Library has stopped”. The actions that I took in order to solve the problem were. 1) clear the cache, 2) a factory reinstall, 3) a hard factory reinstall. but unfortunately, nothing came out successfully. I verified with others haveing the same tab and they say that it works perfectly.
the Samsung model that I have is Samsung-sm-T217A, Andriod version 4.2.2.

Hope you will be able to help me
    Best regards
    Just

  7. ufffda, y’all might as well try out rocket science while you’re at it. What are the forewarnings in the beginning of every site about rooting? Learn how to back up and recover before all else! I’m not sure if Ieven trust half of you to cook my burger at McD’s. Sorry for being a dick, but y’all got me rolling on the floor after about the fifth comment in…Research is the key to learning, not having somebody else do it for you. I’m outta here!

  8. I am acnewbie, unlocked and rooted 1 samsung phone (took me 3 days)….now going to work on my tablet and read all the way to the bottom of this page. I have to say I love the last post…….I ask for help, but not for someone to do it for me, and I especially love the forthright and CLEAR manner of the last response to quite a few unclear messages asking for handholding. Where you went to after your good laugh, I do hope you come back and keep up the good work, and continue to speak you mind.

  9. Dear Root Junky,

apologies as you have probably answered this question a gazillion times and I am aware that you have youtube videos on the subject but I am clearly not ‘getting it’ and loosing hope in the process.

I have purchased a samsung tab3 however I cannot bypass the google login and access settings to reset so that I can log my own google account in. I have tried hard factory reset. I have also tried the you tube video where you talk about cutting the router connection however, it never brings up the date/time screen for me. I do not have a flashdrive so was hoping to do this without the drive or cable.

… am I missing a trick, using the wrong technique or just plain stupid?

  11. Do you have a tutorial on bypassing Google FRP on Samsung Tablet? I tried the camera trick you showed on your note but the camera on this doesn’t have a download option 🙁 I have the APK you shared and tried that but I don’t know how to get it to boot as it won’t pull anything up when I insert the USB with the APK on it… Help!
