First thing you need to learn about any device is how to restore it when you mess it up. Unless you are a pro at hacking you are going to mess it up and brick at some point. Learn how to us ODIN and restore the device to factory stock rom.
ODIN/Download Mode
- Make sure your device is completely off
- Key Combos: Volume Down + Home
- While holding both of them simultaneously press the Power button until you see a disclaimer on the screen
- Then let go of all the buttons and press Volume Up to accept the disclaimer
- Once the green robot is visible on the screen this indicates that handset is in now ODIN/Download mode
Recovery Mode
- Make sure your device is completely off
- Key Combos: Volume Up + Home
- While holding both of them simultaneously press the Power button
- As soon as the phone vibrates, let go of the Power button but keep holding Volume Up + Home
- When you see the “Samsung Galaxy S III” logo (not just the word “Samsung”), right after that, the next screen you should see is your recovery
- Don’t let go of Volume Up + Home until you see your recovery

I have a galaxy tab 3 and tried to install the JW Library app. I have been never able to open the app after it has been successfully installed. after trying to open the app some seconds later the message appears “unfortunately JW Library has stopped”. The actions that I took in order to solve the problem were. 1) clear the cache, 2) a factory reinstall, 3) a hard factory reinstall. but unfortunately, nothing came out successfully. I verified with others haveing the same tab and they say that it works perfectly.
the Samsung model that I have is Samsung-sm-T217A, Andriod version 4.2.2.

Hi There, I have a Galaxy TAB E that my kids locked and forgot password. I tried factory reset and its now in FRP mode. what is the best method. I tried some of the older methods and its not working…i.e. I do not see the camera on the lock screen. Also, I don’t get a pop up on the OTG or computer method. I also tried your latest method with the Realterm option and sent the commands lots of times but no popup or response from the tablet!!! Is there anything different that I have to do or that you suggest. Please help.

I tried to bypass my factory reset protection by using the method where you have to break connection with the Google server at just the right time. Everything was good till I got to the camera, when I hit the mode it did not give me an option for download. Any reason why? I have a galaxy tab E. Thanks
