My Galaxy note 5 has the Google account registration and I can’t get past this Page. Can you help me remove or by pass the account screen.

Take the battery out of the phone.
Go to a computer with all tje drivers in it for the Aristo.
Turn usb degugging on.
Plug usb cord to computer.
Connect device while its powered off and holding the volume down button.
That should get you where you need to be
