i have a problem with my htc m10.
cannot enter to boot like normaly or with hot key button..it will keep restart if im using that method or when im charging my phone..
but if im pressing that 3 button at one time..then it will go to boot menu..
only the power down menu is working…other menu like reboo,reboot to bootloader,download mode and recovery mode will restart my phone again n again..
my phone is in locked, s-on production..software status is official.
what actually happend to my phone and what should i do?

i saw a video of you hacking a galaxy note 5 with something call factory reset protection and was wong if it s appkicable to my situation.
i bought a s7 from a seller on ebay.
he did a factory reset and whyen i got it in the mail,
it asked for qr code to be scanned1` now i want to move sim card from a dead galaxy s4 mini, to this phone without activating a new simcard on sprint.
i use a mvno a customer of sprint, and my previous experious has been that all i had to do was plug in my sim card, ll my freedompop app and off i go.
so my question is, does your com.rootjunky.frpbypass-1.0.apk
app get me pass the qr code?

if you can install the app if will get you past FRP but not the QR code
