How to unlock your bootloader and root the Motorola Moto G 2nd Gen
How to enter stock android recovery.
1. power off the device or if boot looping hold power button for 20 seconds to turn it off.
2. press and hold both volume up and down then hold power also for 3 seconds then release all three buttons
3. on this screen press volume down until you highlight recovery then press volume up to select
4. on the android guy screen again press and hold both volume buttons for 5 seconds then press power once and you will be in stock android recovery on the moto G
Steps for hacking and modding your Motorola Moto G 2nd Gen
1. unlock the bootloader
2. install a custom recovery like TWRP
3. install a custom rom or root the device with supersu

Can I use restore & relock bootloader full wipe.bat file that you had used in moto g xt1032 relocking bootloader vedio can i use that file to lock bootloader of moto g(2 gen) xt1068 sir??? If yes can u please post the link for that file
can you make a download for moto g xt1032 stock uk firmwire please as I accidently installed the us version and cant go back to the uk version as it wont let me factory reset

at the link “firmware” I find the file “RETUAWS_XT1064_4.4.4_KXB21.85-17_cid9_CFC.xml.zip” instead of “FixBootloaderWarning.zip” and “UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.02.zip”. Can you tell me, what the difference is?
(I got all files).
Im from Germany – therefore the question: Do I have the option of german language after “updating” my Motorola G 2 (2. gen.) with your files?

Will you please tell me how to set MotoG2 connected with Windows 8.1 so that files could be shared? I tried installing ADB drivers and minimal adb_fastboot but those didn’t work. I’m still unable to connect my device to my laptop.
